What we collect when you upload, and how long we keep it
When you upload a model, we store your first name, the model file itself, and — if you fill them in — which days you're usually in and any notes you add. No login or account is needed to upload.
Only staff with a login can view the print queue or download model files. Nothing you upload is publicly visible.
Everything — your name, the file, and any notes — is automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after upload. This happens regardless of whether the model has been printed yet.
We don't share or sell what you upload to anyone else. It's used for one thing only: working out what to print next.
